Tamás Guttmann – Chief Executive Officer

Born in 1968 in Budapest. Married since 1986, father of six children.
For 13 years, he was a taekwon-do athlete and coach, also competing at a high level, and later leading the Hungarian national taekwon-do team for 2 years.
His first business was a sportswear manufacturing company, where he personally learned sewing and screen printing.

He spent several years in product sales and business development, gaining deep experience in building commercial networks.
In the late 1990s, he and his wife managed the showcase store of the Quelle department chain in Budapest.

He was later recruited by Citibank, the largest bank in the world, where he worked with high-profile clients and soon became one of their top-performing account executives.
He went on to establish his own financial enterprise, the Harewood Group, through which he has provided significant financing to more than 120 Hungarian small and medium-sized companies over the years.

He has developed several financial products that are still used by banks today.
With one of these financing structures, he generated 12 billion HUF in turnover in three years.
He has also worked in hotel development and project management.

He learned to fly glider aircraft, has become a professional photographer over the past 15 years, and completed studies at a Theological Academy.
For the last 12 years, he has been researching the origins of life and the Earth, and regularly gives lectures on the subject.
He is one of the founding owners and the CEO of the Safis Group.

He continues to exercise and practice photography regularly.
He never stops learning.
He is currently learning figure skating — which he began at the age of 51.
He is known for his remarkable energy.
He constantly encourages and supports others.
His colleagues and acquaintances almost always see him smiling.

He was among the first in Hungary to integrate professional offline and online marketing strategies.
By combining his experience in commercial film production, direct sales, and systems development with the new opportunities brought by the internet, he achieved exceptionally effective marketing solutions.

With nearly 20 years of experience and hundreds of clients — where every unit of investment had to generate revenue in the short or at least medium term — he has become one of the most highly qualified marketing experts in the market.

He has led nearly a dozen product launches, developed fully and partially automated sales processes, and created an interactive video sales system capable of delivering results comparable to personal sales.
His training programs, courses, and video and audio materials were long considered market-leading in the field of online marketing education.

Together with a colleague, he founded the Cégreform Program, the first business leadership school in Hungary to teach System Marketing as a company development methodology.
In recent years, Sándor has been focused on supporting and developing startup companies.
