Administrative Assistant

Trend-Inovest Magyarország Kft., offering full-scale project organization and management services, is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

Main responsibilities:

  • Recording and forwarding incoming invoices
  • Recording and sorting contracts and official documents
  • Data entry in the CRM system
  • Data entry in Word and Excel
  • Sending notifications (email, SMS)
  • Handling mail
  • Managing records
  • Printing – enveloping
  • Managing the document repository and archive

Requirements for the position:

  • Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office, outstanding Excel and Word skills
  • Precise, accurate work
  • Good communication skills
  • Creative, quick problem-solving ability
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
