Responsibilities:

• Full management of the company
• Directing new client acquisition at an international level
• Coordinating and directing development projects
• Organizing and directing internal projects
• Preparing and managing business plans
• Organization building and organizational development
• Developing the company’s internal processes
• Result-oriented resource management, continuous monitoring of efficiency, selecting and implementing efficiency-improving measures
• Proactive participation in and supervision of marketing processes
• Handling contracts and legal matters
• All tasks falling within the scope of the managing director

Requirements for the role:

• Higher education degree, primarily in technical, logistics, or process management fields
• Managerial experience in a manufacturing plant (min. 5 years)
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to conduct negotiations in English
• Quality management mindset and experience
• Leadership skills, ownership mindset
• Process management experience
• Strategic thinking
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proactivity
