Tamás Guttmann – Chief Executive Officer

Born in Budapest in 1968. Married since 1986, father of six children.

For 13 years, he was a professional athlete and taekwon-do coach, also competing actively as an athlete. He later served as the head coach of the Hungarian Taekwon-do national team for two years.

His first business venture was a sportswear manufacturing company, where he personally learned tailoring and screen printing.

For many years, he worked in product sales and business development, gaining an in-depth understanding of commercial networks.

In the late 1990s, he and his wife jointly managed the Budapest showroom of Quelle department store.

He was subsequently recruited by Citibank, the world’s largest bank, where he worked with key clients and quickly became one of the top-performing sales executives.

Later, he founded his own financial company, the Harewood Group, through which he has helped more than 120 Hungarian enterprises in the SME sector secure substantial financing over the years.

He has developed several financial products that are still in use by banks today.

With one such structure, he managed a turnover of 12 billion forints within three years.

He has also been involved in hotel development and project management.

He learned to pilot gliders, became a professional-grade photographer over the past 15 years, and completed studies at the Theological Academy.

For the past 12 years, he has been researching the origins of life and Earth and regularly gives lectures on these topics.

He is a founding owner and CEO of the Safis Group.

He exercises and practices photography regularly.

He never stops learning.

He is currently learning figure skating — a pursuit he began at the age of 51.

He is known for his incredible energy.

He always encourages and motivates others.

His colleagues and acquaintances most often see him smiling.

By combining his experience in commercial film production, direct sales, and systems development with the new opportunities brought by the internet, he achieved exceptionally effective marketing solutions.

With nearly 20 years of experience and hundreds of clients — where every unit of investment had to generate revenue in the short or at least medium term — he has become one of the most highly qualified marketing experts in the market.

He has led nearly a dozen product launches, developed fully and partially automated sales processes, and created an interactive video sales system capable of delivering results comparable to personal sales.

For a long time, his self-training programs, courses, and video and audio materials were considered market-leading in the field of online marketing education.

Together with a colleague, he founded the Cégreform Program, the first business leadership school in Hungary to teach System Marketing as a company development methodology.

In recent years, Sándor has been focused on supporting and developing startup companies.
